The origin:

This wine comes from the best vineyards in the well-known wine village of Ungstein. It reflects the character of the Ungstein vineyards in a typical way - fresh, mineral, full of character. As a so-called local wine, it is a wine for high demands - individual and long-lasting - to be enjoyed with a good meal or with friends.

Selected grapes were carefully picked by hand, gently pressed and fermented under restraint. An elegant balance was achieved by prolonged aging on the yeast.

This fresh, fruity Riesling with its brilliant color inspires with elegant peach and apricot aromas. Its mineral nature and the dry, long finish make it an ideal accompaniment to food.
