The expansion:

For our cuvée -P- the best grapes of the Pinot Noir and Merlot grape varieties were harvested by hand. After fermentation on the mash, the wine was stored for 1 year in high-quality oak barrels until it matured.

The taste:

The wine is ruby red in the glass. The scent is reminiscent of wild strawberries, juniper and rosemary. Its powerful and round taste and its velvety tannins make it an ideal soloist, but it can also be used in many ways as an accompaniment to food.
